Why I care so much?
I've lived with Misophonia since I was 12. The rage, the guilt, the isolation — I know it intimately.
After years of struggling, I began training in science-based healing methods like Mind-Body Medicine, Introspective Hypnosis, Biofield Tuning, and mindfulness practices. I also lived them.
Through these tools, I found ways to calm the chaos inside me, reconnect with my body, and finally feel human again.
But Misophonia isn't something you leave at the door — it's with you everywhere. At work, at dinner with your kids, during school pickup, on a date, in your own home. I've had to learn how to navigate everyday environments — and survive the moments that felt unbearable. — and survive the moments that felt unbearable.
For years, I felt unsafe even talking about this. Misunderstood. Alone. But this space changes that. Here, you'll feel seen, heard, and supported. You'll get tools that help — and a voice that says, "I get you. I feel you."
Now I'm here to walk beside you as you do the same.

The RESTORE™ Method
A Nervous System Reset Framework for Misophonia Relief
This method was born from necessity — not theory. After living with Misophonia for decades and integrating multiple healing modalities, I realized no single approach worked on its own. RESTORE™ is the result of blending what's proven in science, what's grounded in lived experience, and what works when you're in the middle of a trigger. It's groundbreaking because it brings together the emotional, physical, and energetic sides of healing — in a way that's actually doable in the real world.
1
R – Regulate
Calm the fight-or-flight response with breathwork and grounding techniques like Soft Belly Breathing.
2
E – Express
Let the emotion move. Journaling, voice notes, or gentle shaking helps release the charge safely.
3
S – Soothe
Offer your body comfort: calming sounds, warm drinks, blankets, weighted items.
4
T – Tune
Use sound and frequency (like tuning forks or humming) to reset your energetic rhythm.
5
O – Observe
Practice mindful awareness. Notice your thoughts, sensations, and responses with compassion.
6
R – Rewire
Use tools like affirmations, guided visualizations, or hypnosis to anchor new pathways.
7
E – Evolve
Turn these tools into a way of life — one that honors your sensitivity as a strength.
